Alphabet Immersion Program | 3 Years | Serving Frisco, TX

Alphabet Immersion Program:

  • Our Alphabet Immersion class is designed for 3-year-old children to help them recognize both upper- and lower-case letters along with letter sounds.
  • We offer a 2-day and 3-day Alphabet Immersion Program.
  • Children must be enrolled in a morning 3’s program to join our Alphabet Immersion Program in the afternoon.

Literacy Concepts

Literacy Concepts:

  • Upper- and lower-case letter recognition
  • Letter sounds
  • Enhancing vocabulary by connecting letter sounds to objects
  • Letter building with wood shapes (from the award-winning Handwriting Without Tears program)
  • Letter formation activities
  • Beginning letter sound sorting

Developing Pre-Writing Skills:

  • Proper pencil grip.
  • Writing First Name using proper capitalization.
  • Developing visual tracking.
  • Building hand dexterity, strength, and stamina.
  • Developing hand eye coordination.
  • Daily pre-writing activities.

Social Skills:

  • Use language appropriately and self-regulate their emotions.

  • Putting papers and folders in backpack.
  • Eating lunch independently using utensils, opening and closing their lunch boxes, and cleaning up when finished.
